Sessions are conducted once a week or once every two weeks for 60-90 minutes each. A full coaching cycle consists of 10-12 sessions. Sessions can be done in person or over Skype/Whatsapp calls.

You will receive an access code to do an online assessment that will take approximately 45minutes. The debriefing of the results take place over two sessions of 90-120 minutes each. You will receive a tailor made report after your Top 5 debrief and prep work to do before your Full 34 debrief.

Have you ever noticed how people can only go as far and as high as their beliefs in life permits them to go? PSYCH-K® helps people to identify beliefs that we have been programmed to believe throughout our upbringing. PSYCH-K®serves as an effective way to change some of these perceptions that limit us and hold us back, by accessing the subconscious level of the mind.
For most people, we try to make changes in our lives using our own will power. 94-98% of all perception and behaviour are controlled by the sub-conscious mind. When we use will power we only have 2-4% power available to us. PSYCH-K®helps people to tap into the power centre of our minds to create lasting changes with far less effort.
Muscle testing is a simple yet effective method for detecting the presence or absence of stress (i.e. inner conflict) in the subconscious mind. Tests show that if you say a belief statement out loud, muscle testing shows a strong response which indicates that belief is already present in the subconscious mind. A weak response indicates that there is no coherence between what you consciously think (or believe to be true) and what is programmed in your subconscious mind. PSYCH-K® balance can correct this incoherence.
WHAT IS A PSYCH-K® BALANCE?
A PSYCH-K® balance is a process designed to create a whole brain state which is ideal for reprogramming the mind with new self-enhancing beliefs, reducing unwanted stress and helping you to access your full response potential in facing any challenges.
While a balance creates the potential (your subconscious mind accepts the new belief as true) you still create your results with your actions. A PSYCH-K® balance will transform any subconscious resistance you may have to achieving your goal or taking the necessary actions steps to get to your goal. Through re-wiring the beliefs in your mind, you can create more results with less effort.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A BALANCE TO WORK?
The results of a balance may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time. Balances seem to last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind, or until you decide to balance for another goal.
Core Belief Balance
Discover an effective way of recognising and changing the core beliefs you may have that stop you from achieving your desired goals. There are thirteen pairs of belief statements that cover basic yet vital issues such as loving yourself, learning to forgive, and making a connection to Divine Intelligence.
This balance is most commonly performed lying down on one's back. There is much muscle testing that is required and the session can take up to 90minutes.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Running The Bars® is a simple, non–invasive, energy process where the facilitator lightly touches 32 points sequentially on the head, to release the energy. You are fully clothed, either lying on a massage table or a reclining chair. Receiving this process (having your Bars run) usually leaves you with a sense of peace and space; and a feeling like there is more possibility open to you. People report many benefits of having their Bars run. Having your Bars run begins to undo limitations at their source by undoing the unconsciousness that creates limitations.
