What is coaching?

Coaching is based on thefundamental belief that you have within you all the potential resources youneed to achieve the things you desire.    Awakening thesepotentials and developing them into skills and powers is one of the aims ofcoaching.   With the stresses and strains of modern life, often theway forward becomes foggy and unclear.  A coach’s role is to use effectivequestioning techniques to help guide you through the fog, bringing clarity andpurpose back into your life.   Regular coaching sessions keep you  on  track  and  provide  a  powerfulmeans  for implementing change  much  faster  and more effectively than “going it alone”.

What makes ConsciousnessCoaching® different?

Consciousness Coaching® isabout awareness creation as well as obtaining the power to operate your consciousness successfully.   Up till now coaches and trainersaround the world have dedicated their energies to explore and work with thinking and feeling.  Although undoubtedly valuable; what wasn’t
given  much  attention  was  the  context in  which  thinking  and  feeling  operates i.e. consciousness.

Consciousness Coaching® teaches you to set a self created context for yourthinking and feeling to

take place in - preparing the ground for a seed to be planted.   Itis also through setting a context that we
create new possibilities beyond what already exists A client is then empoweredwith the choice to act from their vision, in line with their context, despite the influence of theirlimiting thinking and feeling.
The Consciousness Coach® asks questions in such a way that the client can seefor himself what is going on in his consciousness.   The coach is nottelling the client what is wrong, what they should or shouldn’t do, but thecoach is partnering with the client in such a way that a space is created forthem to see for themselves.   The power lies in seeing and notunderstanding.   Understanding is the second prize. When you see foryourself and have a self realisation, it becomes part of you and instantly anew possibility of being opens up.   In this moment, a client “gets’it - this means that they receive instant reliable  information  that does  not  require  any  processing. This information  or  “aha  moment”  is  felt physicallyand on a different level and is therefore, incorruptible.

• Significant drink problems
• Where someone has experienced violent or sexual abuse and needs furthersupport to deal with that
• Where someone is abusing others, sexually or physically
• Mental illnesses e.g. extreme and violent mood swings, ongoingdepression etc.
