Thinking Into Results
unlocks the true potential in people, and gives them the tools to overcome any obstacle.  It is designed as a six month program, but can be done as a 12 month program.  Thinking Into Results is a powerful new, paradigm shifting, educational program that reveals how to master the mind and gain abundant professional and personal success in any area needed.

John Ruskin, the famous educator once said “Education does not mean teaching people what they do not know.  It means teaching them to behave as they do not behave”.  Most people already know what they needy to do to improve their results in any area, be it work or professional.  There are two things that a person must know in order to improve their results:  1. Where they are.  2. Where they are going.  The challenge is not in understanding where they want to go, but rather in really understanding where they are.  The biggest thing keeping them stuck is their paradigms and belief system.  In order to change that and make lasting changes, this needs to not only be understood, but also the way to work with and change it needs to be learnt.  This is not taught at schools and most people are stuck not being able to make any lasting changes.

To make a lasting change one needs to understand how we think, and how our minds work.  Worldwide there is a lot of studying being done in the area of human potential, especially understanding how our Conscious and Sub Conscious minds works together.  We focus on our conscious mind, but leave the most powerful part, out subconscious minds untapped.  Only about 2 – 4 % of our ability to make lasting changes lies in our Conscious mind, whereas 96 – 98 % lies in the subconscious which remains largely untapped.  Will power is a function of the conscious mind.

That is why John Assaraf in his book, The answer, states:  “This is one of the greatest discoveries of the past decade of neurological research: 96 to 98 percent of all your behaviors are automatic.  This is why we set goals but don’t reach them.  Setting them is a function of the conscious mind.  Reaching them is a function of the sub-conscious mind.”

This is why so many people and businesses fail when setting goals.  They only use a very small percentage of their available power.  “Thinking into results” teaches how to use the untapped power to support one achieve anything they choose in business or life.

The program is divided into 12 sessions – takingplace over 6 to 12 months.  The sessionsare structured as follows:

Session 1 – A Worthy Ideal

This is one of the most important lessons and setsup the rest of the program.  Participantsare led to identify powerful goals which are worthy of their time andeffort.  Teams within an organizationidentify goals which inspire and motivate, and stretch them out of the norm inorder to grow.  As the lessons states, itmust be something worthy of the time invested – something which each person iswilling to invest in.

Desired Outcome:

          Replacing negative habits withpositive ones.

Allowing sense of achievement andworth working towards worthy ideal.

Setting goals that really inspire, inbusiness and personal areas.

Working towards big goals showing uswhat is possible.

Justworking towards business goals is often not enough.  We need to be inspired in all areas of life.

Explore beliefs so that we can see howthey keep us stuck – first step towards changing them.

Session 2 – The knowing-doing gap

The purpose of this session is to help participantsbecome aware of their actions that are habitual and non-productive to what theyare trying to achieve.  Each personalready knows how to be doing better than they are. But the biggest gap in lifeis between what we know and what we do. With this session we aim to start closing that gap.  We also look at WHY people continually dothings that do not produce the results they want.  This lesson has the potential of being a realturning point for participants.

Desired outcomes:

Start making participants aware of badhabits keeping them stuck.

Participantsidentify that they already know how to move forward – very powerful if they candiscover this themselves.

Start understanding Paradigms asreason why we do the things we do.

Show participants how to startmultiplying their results with very little extra effort.

Session 3 – Your infinite Mind

This session creates a deeper understanding of whatParadigms are and how they were created. As stated in the opening, in order to move forward people need tounderstand where they are and where they are going.  Most people do not understand where they are,and an understanding of Paradigms helps to get them there.  Many people have a sincere desire to performbetter than they currently are, but their paradigms are keeping themstuck.  They need to identify them tochange them.  It is also important tounderstand genetic and environmental conditioning and how it influencesus.  The culture we come from is also aparadigm.  A paradigm is a multitude ofhabits and we need to identify and change these habits to have a lasting effecton rehabilitation.

We also look at responsibility and an understandingthat improving your performance is your own responsibility.

Desired outcomes:

          Deeper understanding of Paradigms

          Understanding what is keeping usstuck.

Identifying paradigms and habits tohelp us overcome them.

Seeing how environment and culturehelp to create our current paradigms.

          Understanding environmental andgenetic conditioning.

Taking responsibility for where we areand the changes that need to take place.

Session 4 – The Secret Genie

Because as human beings we think in pictures, weneed to have an image of the mind to work with. Without this there is confusion. This session introduces the participants to an image they can work withto make the changes needed.  This alsohas the potential to be a life changing understanding.  Participants start understanding how theconscious mind, the subconscious mind and the body work together to produceyour results.  Most people try and changetheir results by using their conscious mind which is very limiting.  If people are going to produce better resultsin any area, they first need to build a picture of what that looks like.

Desired outcomes:

Participantsbecome familiar with stickperson diagram to support them in understanding howdifferent parts of mind work together.

Participants understand how limitingworking only with conscious mind is.

Understanding why using will poweralone does not make lasting changes.

Understanding that behavior is not theprimary, but rather a secondary cause of our results.

Understandingof what they conscious and subconscious mind is and how they work together – weneed to understand this to make the changes needed.

Understandingthat our conditions, circumstances and environment have no bearing on what isgoing to happen in our future unless we let it.

Understanding that you can create whatyou want using images in your mind.

Understandinghow to become emotionally involved with the new person you want to become sothat lasting changes can be made.

Session 5 – Thinking into Results

This session teaches participants the trick tostaying in charge no matter what the circumstances.  Because most people live through their 5senses, they do not think for themselves, but rather just respond to what ishappening in their environment.  To makea lasting change we need to understand how to use our intellectual mind tothink for ourselves.  This is made up of6 intellectual faculties.  Participantswill identify and understand how to start developing them.

Desired outcomes:

Understandinghow we are programmed to live from the outside in.  This causes us to continuously be influencedby our environment.

Beingintroduced to our intellectual faculties which can be strengthened to think forourselves and overcome the environmental challenges when overcoming anaddiction.

Learn how to observe what is happeningin outside world instead of becoming a part of it.

Understandingof how everything starts with a thought, which leads to a felling andultimately to the action and end result.

Session 6 – Environment is but our looking glass

This session supports participants in understandinghow to create the environment they want. Participants are led into an understanding of what the self image is,how it was formed, and how that image of self controls all the results they aregetting.  To be able to make any lastingchange in any area we need to change that self image.  But we need to understand how to go aboutdoing that.  Many people might also bewhere they are because of their sense of worth which is attached to their selfimage.  This can be changed by learninghow to change this image.

Session 7 – Trample the terror barrier

Although participants have come a long way towardsmoving forwards, and understanding how to use our minds and thinking to do thisthere are still big landmines that if not understood will sabotage theirsuccess.  The biggest is the terrorbarrier.  When we try to change somethingin our lives it will always show up and try to stop us.

The first thing is by controlling our thinking tochange our mind. If that does not work, then it will attack our physicalsystem.  This is one of the leasingcauses of goals not being reached, and teams in a working environment not beingable to move forward.

Understanding how to break through theterror barrier.

Creating a believe that you canaccomplish anything you really set your mind to.

Session 9 – The Magic Word

Participants are taught about the magic ofattitude.  What it is and the power ithas to change our results.  Attitude isone of the most misunderstood words. When participants get a good, clear understanding of what attitude isand how attitudes are formed, they begin to understand why only a smallpercentage of people are in control of their attitudes. In order to reach anygoal, your attitude needs to be aligned with the goal.  Participants are also led to see how thereattitudes are controlled once again by outside influences.  When a persons attitude shifts, everything inthat person’s world shifts too.
