Thinking Into Results unlocks the true potential in people, and gives them the tools to overcome any obstacle.  It is designed as a six month program, but can be done as a 12 month program.  Thinking Into Results is a powerful new, paradigm shifting, educational program that reveals how to master the mind and gain abundant professional and personal success in any area needed.

John Ruskin, the famous educator once said “Education does not mean teaching people what they do not know.  It means teaching them to behave as they do not behave”.  Most people already know what they need to do to improve their results in any area, be it work or personal.  There are two things that a person must know in order to improve their results:

1. Where they are.

2. Where they are going.

The challenge is not in understanding where they want to go, but rather in really understanding where they are.  The biggest thing keeping them stuck is their paradigms and sub-conscious belief system.  In order to change that and make lasting changes, this needs to not only be understood, but also the way to work with and change it needs to be learnt.  This is not taught at schools and most people are stuck not being able to make any lasting changes.

To make a lasting change one needs to understand how we think, and how our minds work.  Worldwide there is a lot of studying being done in the area of human potential, especially understanding how our Conscious and Sub Conscious minds work together.  We focus on our conscious mind, but leave the most powerful part, out subconscious minds untapped.  Only about 2 – 4 % of our ability to make lasting changes lies in our Conscious mind, whereas 96 – 98 % lies in the subconscious which remains largely untapped.  Will power is a function of the conscious mind.

That is why John Assaraf in his book, “The answer”, states:  “This is one of the greatest discoveries of the past decade of neurological research: 96 to 98 percent of all your behaviours are automatic.  This is why we set goals but don’t reach them.  Setting them is a function of the conscious mind.  Reaching them is a function of the sub-conscious mind.”

This is why so many people and businesses fail when setting goals.  They only use a very small percentage of their available power.  “Thinking into results” teach participants how to use this untapped power to support them in achieving anything they choose in business or life.

The program is divided into 12 sessions – taking place over 6 to 12 months.  The sessions are structured as follows:

Session 1 – A Worthy Ideal

This is one of the most important lessons and sets up the rest of the program.  Participants are led to identify powerful goals which are worthy of their time and effort.  Teams within an organisation identify goals which inspire and motivate, and stretch them out of the norm in order to grow.  As the lessons states, it must be something worthy of the time invested – something which each person is willing to invest in.

Desired Outcome:

●          Replacing negative habits with positive ones.

●          Allowing a sense of achievement and worth working towards a worthy ideal.

●          Setting goals that really inspire, in business and personal areas.

●          Working towards big goals showing us what is possible.

●          Just working towards business goals is often not enough.  We need to be inspired in all areas of life.

●          Explore beliefs so that we can see how they keep us stuck. This is the first step towards changing them.

Session 2 – The knowing-doing GAP

The purpose of this session is to help participants become aware of their actions that are habitual and non-productive to what they are trying to achieve.  Each person already knows how to be doing better than they are. But the biggest GAP in life is between what we KNOW and what we DO.  With this session we aim to start closing that gap.  We also look at WHY people continually do things that do not produce the results they want.  This lesson has the potential of being a real turning point for participants.

Desired outcomes:

●          Start making participants aware of bad habits keeping them stuck.

●          Participants identify that they already know how to move forward. It is very powerful if they can discover this themselves.

●          Start understanding Paradigms as a reason why we do the things we do.

●          Show participants how to start multiplying their results with very little extra effort.

Session 3 – Your infinite Mind

This session creates a deeper understanding of what Paradigms are and how they were created.  As stated in the opening, in order to move people forward, they need to understand where they are and where they are going.  Most people do not understand where they are, and an understanding of Paradigms helps to get them there.  Many people have a sincere desire to perform better than they currently are, but their paradigms are keeping them stuck.  They need to identify them to change them.  It is also important to understand genetic and environmental conditioning and how it influences us.  The culture we come from is also a paradigm.  A paradigm is a multitude of habits and we need to identify and change these habits to have a lasting effect on rehabilitation.

We also look at RESPONSIBILITY and an understanding that improving your performance is your own responsibility.

Desired outcomes:

●          Deeper understanding of Paradigms

●          Understanding what is keeping us stuck.

●          Identifying paradigms and habits to help us overcome them.

●          Seeing how environment and culture help to create our current paradigms.

●          Understanding environmental and genetic conditioning.

●          Taking responsibility for where we are and the changes that need to take place.

Session 4 – The Secret Genie

Because as human beings we think in pictures, we need to have an image of the mind to work with.  Without this there is confusion.  This session introduces the participants to an image they can work with to make the changes needed.  This also has the potential to be a life changing understanding.  Participants start understanding how the conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the body work together to produce your results.  Most people try and change their results by using their conscious mind which is very limiting.  If people are going to produce better results in any area, they first need to build a picture of what that looks like.

Desired outcomes:

●          Participants become familiar with the ”stickperson” diagram to support them in understanding how different parts of mind work together.

●          Participants understand how limiting it is to only work with the conscious mind.

●          Understanding why using WILLPOWER alone does not make lasting changes.

●          Understanding that behaviour is not the primary, but rather a secondary cause of our results.

●          Understanding of what the conscious and subconscious minds are and how they work together – we need to understand this to make the changes needed.

●          Understanding that our conditions, circumstances and environment have no bearing on what is going to happen in our future unless we let it.

●          Understanding that you can create what you want using images in your mind.

●          Understanding how to become emotionally involved with the new person you want to become so that lasting changes can be made.

Session 5 – Thinking into Results

This session teaches participants the trick to staying in charge no matter what the circumstances.  Because most people live through their 5 senses, they do not think for themselves, but rather just respond to what is happening in their environment.  To make a lasting change we need to understand how to use our intellectual mind to think for ourselves.  This is made up of 6 intellectual faculties.  Participants will identify and understand how to start developing these faculties.

Desired outcomes:

●          Understanding how we are programmed to live from the external world inwards.  This causes us to continuously be influenced by our environment.

●          Being introduced to our intellectual faculties which can be strengthened to think for ourselves and overcome the environmental challenges we face daily.

●          Learn how to observe what is happening in our external world instead of becoming a part of it.

●          Understanding of how everything starts with a thought, which leads to a feeling and ultimately to the action and end results.

Session 6 – Environment is but our looking glass

This session supports participants in understanding how to create the environment they want.  Participants are led into an understanding of what the SELF-IMAGE is, how it was formed, and how that image of self controls all the results they are getting.  To be able to make any lasting change in any area we need to change that self-image.  But we need to understand how to go about doing that.  Many people might also be where they are because of their sense of worth which is attached to their self image.  This can be changed by learning how to change this image.

Desired outcomes:

●          Understand that it is possible to change and create your own environment.

●          Understanding of self image – what it is and how it creates our results.

●          Tools to start changing our self-image to improve any situation at work.

●          Changing lack of self-worth to creating self-worth and a self-image which moves us forward.

●          Understanding that you are the only person in the world with power to change your own self-image.

Session 7 – Trample the terror barrier

Although participants have come a long way towards moving forward and understanding how to use our minds and thinking, to sustainably do this there are still big landmines that, if not understood, will sabotage their success.  The biggest is the “TERROR BARRIER”.  When we try to change something in our lives it will always show up and try to stop us.

Its first attempt is to control our thinking in order to change our mind. If that does not work, then it will attack our physical system.  This is one of the causes for goals not being reached, and teams in a working environment not being able to move forward.

Desired outcomes:

●          Introduction to the “Terror Barrier” – what it is and how it keeps us stuck.

●          Understanding how to let go of the past so you can move forward.

●          Seeing where our negative thoughts and limiting beliefs come from.

●          Seeing how any major change in your life will bring up the “Terror Barrier”.

●          Understanding how to break through the “Terror Barrier”.

Session 8 – The power of Praxis

This session supports participants in aligning their beliefs with their actions.  There are many people who say they know they can do a better job, but their actions do not support this.  PRAXIS also helps to describe the mental-physical state a person is in which causes them to get the results they are getting.  Participants are also once again encouraged to courageously analyse their beliefs one at a time to identify where there is no alignment.  The reasons for these beliefs are also examined and re-evaluated.  Many people are stuck because of a false belief system that it is not possible for them to change.

Desired outcomes:

●          Understanding what Praxis is and the power it has to change you.

●          Understanding how our beliefs are based on an evaluation of something and how re-evaluating can change those beliefs.

●          Seeing how we can never go beyond our beliefs, especially when overcoming an addiction.

●          Seeing that we have beliefs on two levels: In our educated mind, based on logic, and on a very deep level – a subconscious level.

●          Creating a believe that you can accomplish anything you really set your mind to.

Session 9 – The Magic Word

Participants are taught about the magic of ATTITUDE.  What it is and the power it has to change our results.  Attitude is one of the most misunderstood words.  When participants get a good, clear understanding of what attitude is and how attitudes are formed, they begin to understand why only a small percentage of people are in control of their attitudes. In order to reach any goal, your attitude needs to be aligned with the goal.  Participants are also led to see how their attitudes are controlled once again by outside influences.  When a person’s attitude shifts, everything in that person’s world shifts too.

Desired outcomes:

●          Understanding the magic of attitude.

●          Identifying how your current attitudes were formed.

●          Creating powerful attitudes which help to improve any area of life.

●          Understanding how to reject negative ideas and how to accept positive ideas which can help us overcome anything we set our minds on.

●          Understanding how you create your own attitudes, and no-one can cause you to think or do what you do not choose to.

Session 10 – The most Valuable person

Tied up with a worthy ideal and goal from the first session, this session supports participants in understanding the valuable role they can now play in society.  Using their experience and what they have learned, they have the potential to become LEADERS in their community and support others.  Participants are shown how to not only become a strong leader, but also an intelligent follower. This also contributes towards a feeling of worthiness.  In a team environment everyone at some stage needs to have strong leadership and intelligent following skills.

Desired outcomes:

●          Support participants in seeing how they can play a valuable role at work and in life as LEADERS and followers.

●          Giving participants the tools to be effective leaders and support to others who need it.

●          Understanding that leaders know where they are going and how to make the lasting changes needed.

●          Supporting participants in understanding how they can all work towards becoming a part of the SOLUTION instead of the problem as in the past.

Session 11 – Leaving everyone with the impression of Increase

In Business and life it is very important to make a good IMPRESSION.  If you can leave every person you meet with an “impression of increase” you will always have happy customers.  Participants need to understand the law of cause and effect and how to use it to their advantage.

Desired outcomes:

●          Understanding how to leave everyone we meet with an impression of increase.

●          Understanding the law of cause and effect and how to use it to our benefit.

●          Understanding that doing your best, no matter what others around you are doing, is the real key to your success.

●          Making up your mind to release the past and create the future you want.

Session 12 – Magnifying the Mind

Participants are encouraged to create a “MASTERMIND GROUP” – a group which have experiences similar challenges, and can support each other going forward.  They are also led to see that trying harder is not necessarily the solution to achieving what they want faster.  Understanding how to make explosive leaps ahead by really using the power of your mind.  Seeing how every challenge ahead is a learning experience and how to use it to support you in staying the course.

Desired outcomes:

●          Understanding the power of a “mastermind group” to stay committed.

●          Allowing participants to create mastermind groups to support each other.

●          Understanding how to work smarter, and not harder to solve problems.

●          Understanding how to take powerful steps ahead using the power of the mind.

●          Seeing how every challenge can be used as a learning experience.
