Coach the Coach through:1. Observed Coaching SessionsBerdine is a qualified OCS (Observed Coaching Session) Assessor with CCI (Creative Consciousness International) and works with individual coaches by observing the coach interacting with their client in a live session. Once complete she:• Requests a self assessment form the coach on what worked and didn’t work • Give improvement suggestions • Identify areas of growth • Provide overall constructive and empowering feedback to develop the coach on their journey. This is a very powerful way of learning as the coach gets immediate feedback and can implement and integrate changes in their coach being and coach doing immediately. Observed coaching sessions can be facilitated face to face or via Skype. Please contact us for more information on OCS packages. 2. Mentor coachingBerdine also offers mentor coaching to coaches that want to discuss their difficulties and problem areas in their coaching. This can be done through the coach receiving coaching and/or setting up the time and space to discuss any challenges that they might face in their coaching career. This can also take the format of a debriefing session after a difficult coaching session. Mentor coaching can be done face to face, over the phone or over Skype.
